Here’s the 5 simple steps to selling your property
1. Instruct us to sell on your behalf
We will collect the required forms including ID and proof of ownership.
2. Contract Pack Issued
We will issue a contract pack to your buyers solicitors and ensure searches are started and replies are dealt with swiftly for a smooth transaction.
3. Redemption Figure
We obtain an up to date redemption figure to show how much is owed on any mortgage.
4. Exchange
We contact the buyer's solicitor to exchange contracts.
5. Complete & Celebrate
We complete as per the date set out in the contract, from the sale proceeds we pay off any outstanding mortgage and payment and send the rest to you. Time to take a big sigh of relief and celebrate.
